Consumer Goods Department Director
Grzegorz has over 10 years of experience in the media and communication industry. He is currently responsible for the Consumer Goods department, which consists of Technology PR and Brand PR. He worked for the largest technology and consumer brands. He skillfully combines passion with a professional career – his knack for technology and video games enabled him to build the largest technology and entertainment department on the Polish PR market.
He also specializes in managing teams from the CEE region, where he actively develops his interests in the field of Cultural Intelligence. Earlier, he was associated with the Edelman network for 5 years.
Deputy Managing Director
Łukasz Kowalski has over 15 years of experience in corporate communications, Public Affairs and issue management, gained both in business and the public sector. He started working at MSLGROUP in 2014. Earlier, he was an advisor in international PR agencies and acted as a spokesperson for the Warsaw City Council. Since 2016, he has been the co-chairman of the Marketing and Communication Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce.
Łukasz has extensive experience in implementing projects for clients from the energy, industrial and defense sectors. He is an advisor to international corporations for which he creates strategies for communication, reputation management and building relationships with opinion leaders. The area of his particular interest is communication support for changes that are taking place as a result of technological and industrial progress.

Renata is a communications expert with 20 years of experience gained within the agency and on client-side. At MSL, she is responsible for strategic consulting for the healthcare as well as transport and tourism sectors. She supervises all crisis projects in these fields. At MSL she has created and been leading for many years the department responsible for communication of companies and organizations from the healthcare industry. She created numerous campaigns, including for Infarma, Novartis Oncology, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Roche, GSK, Novo Nordisk, Medicover, Polpharma, Gedeon Richter and PZPPF.
Before joining MSL, she worked as Corporate Communications Director and internal and external communications project manager at LOT Polish Airlines. She also worked for Star Alliance corporate communications team. She was a member of the Star Alliance Corporate Communications Advisory Group where she received the best practice award for her performance.
At LOT Polish Airlines she was responsible for comprehensive activities in the area of corporate and crisis communication. She was a member of the company’s crisis team and the author of the Crisis Communication Manual. At MSL Renata is part of the crisis management board for Emirates Airline and provides strategic advisory for the Polish market.
Renata has managed multiple projects for pharmaceutical, transport and logistics sectors.
Traveling is her passion. She loves Southeast Asia and India, which she has already visited several dozen times.
Chief Financial Officer MSL
Elżbieta has many years of professional experience in the areas of finance, controlling, accounting and management. She has been associated with the Publicis Group for 25 years. In the years 2010-2015 she supervised the finances of the CEE region, she was a board member of many companies belonging to the Publicis Group. In recent years, she has participated in the transformation of enterprises in Poland.
Privately, she loves long bike trips, playing bridge. She likes to cook, sew and read.
Chief Executive Officer
Sebastian has more than 15 years of experience in communications. Ever present in the agency, he managed Publicis Consultants in 2013 and returned to MSLGROUP in 2015 to assume the position of Managing Director and Head of Consumer Practice.
Sebastian has one of the most interesting approaches towards PR in Poland’s entire industry. He has a vast knowledge on how communications activities are reflected in business results. Sebastian has also been a judge at the industry’s biggest contests – Cannes Lions, SABRE, Young Creatives.
Privately, he is a passionate Saab enthusiast, often renovating them himself.
